If you do not have enough bags or enough bags for your upcoming pickup, please request the additional bag through the website or your mobile app or contact Customer Care.
We’ll deliver one to your location for a fee. If we’re unable to deliver an additional bag in advance of your pickup, simply leave the items in a personal bag labeled with your name and the requested service(s), and let our Customer Care team know.
