Yes, to ensure your cleaning preferences are met, please place items in the correct bag for that service.
If you do not have the correct bags or enough bags for your upcoming pickup, please contact Customer Care or request the additional bag through your mobile app. We’ll deliver one to your location free of charge. If we’re unable to deliver an additional bag in advance of your pickup, simply leave the items in a personal bag labeled with your name and the requested service(s), and let our Customer Care team know. Please note that we have a 3 bag maximum for personal bags.
