Unfortunately, no. Our routes are set each morning at 8:00 am, and we are currently not able to accommodate requests for specific pickup and delivery times. However, we will keep you informed on the status of your pickup through real-time updates in the mobile app. As a reminder, your pickups and deliveries can take place any time between 8:30 am and 6:30 pm
If you’d like a pickup or delivery ETA, please check the order tracker in the mobile app.
If you’re at an apartment building or office that is closed within our pickup or delivery windows, please notify our Customer Care Team in advance of pickup.
